One of our early-stage B2B SaaS portfolio companies is looking to hire a VP of Product to report directly to the Founders and help them drive their product team.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advisor to the Founders on Product strategy and user journey across all features
- Own, manage, coordinate and drive execution for all strategic Product releases
- Speak directly to consumers, understand what they are looking for, and iterate on that game-changing product together with multiple teams - product design, sales, marketing, engineering teams
- Set product vision, practices and goals
- Build, launch, learn, iterate - repeat
- Work closely with the Design team to drive exceptional UX
- Prioritization product initiatives and balancing impact
Requirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of experience
- Someone passionate about joining a company on a 0 to 1 journey
- Someone passionate about the environment is critical
- Prior experience in a Product role, ideally in B2B
- Someone structured, precise, and great with multi-tasking without oversight
- Someone who is comfortable in a fluid, ambiguous environment
